Ingredients

  • 500 g Blueberries
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 2 EL honey
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 500 g plain yogurt

Instructions

    Wash and rinse the blueberries. Bring them to a boil with lemon juice, honey, and apple juice. Simmer for a few minutes, then mash into a puree with a potato masher, remove from heat, and let cool (if no chunks desired, strain through a fine sieve).
