Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 150 ml tahini
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients except the parsley. Taste and add more lemon juice or spices if needed.

    Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

    Serve as a dip with pita, crackers, or as an accompaniment to vegetables, salads, meats or fish dishes.
