The Yogurt Pomegranate Smoothie from Spoonsparrow is fruity, fresh and packed with vitamin power!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe pomegranate
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Cut a wedge-shaped piece from the base of the pomegranate, hold it over a bowl and gently break it apart with some pressure to release the seeds. Separate the pomegranate seeds. Wash and pat dry the blueberries and raspberries. Peel the banana and cut into large chunks.

    Blend the pomegranate seeds, raspberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt, lemon juice and about 150 ml cold water in a blender until smooth. Pour the Yogurt Pomegranate Smoothie into glasses and serve.
