The yogurt with oatmeal and berries from Spoonsparrow is a quick breakfast that keeps the gut healthy!

Ingredients

  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml lactose‑free milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp rice syrup
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 200 g lactose‑free yogurt (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Place the oatmeal in a bowl and soak it with the milk. Soak just before eating or prepare the night before and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. Sweeten with rice syrup.

    Wash, dry, and pat the berries. Divide the soaked oats into four small bowls and garnish with berries. Stir in the yogurt and add one thick tablespoon of yogurt on top of each berry pile.
