Ingredients

  • 150 g 5-grain flakes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 400 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 6 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Roast the flake mixture in a pan with the butter until fragrant. Then stir in the vanilla sugar and let it cool on a plate.

    Season the yogurt with lemon juice. Whip the cream stiffly and fold into the yogurt. Wash, dry, and cut the berries into small pieces.

    Layer the yogurt with honey, berries, and crunchy muesli alternately in glasses and serve.
