Ingredients

  • 120 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, currants)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handful physalis
  • 800 g shelf‑stable natural yogurt
  • 0.5 vanilla bean (pulp)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 170 g fruit muesli
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

    Wash the berries, drain and remove stems; dice strawberries into small cubes.

    Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

  3. 3.

    Remove husks from physalis, wash and drain them.

  4. 4.

    In a bowl mix yogurt with vanilla pulp, lemon juice, honey, and taste to adjust sweetness.

    Fold in half of the muesli mixture along with the berries and banana slices.

    Divide the mixture among serving bowls, top with remaining fruit muesli and fresh fruit, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
