Ingredients

  • 1 bunch dill
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 sheets gelatin
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp cucumber slices
  • 400 g smoked salmon (sliced)

    Wash the dill, shake dry and finely chop. Soak the gelatin in cold water and melt it gently in a small pot over low heat until clear. Mix the gelatin with yogurt and dill, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whip the cream stiffly and fold into the mixture. Divide into four ramekins and chill until set.
