Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a pinch chili flakes

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry. Peel the garlic and slice into thin wedges. Halve the chili lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, and cut into narrow rings. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, pluck leaves, and roughly chop.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.

    Cook the shrimp in an air fryer at 180 °C for 8–10 minutes. Arrange the shrimp on a plate, sprinkle with chili flakes, and serve.
