Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt (1.5 % fat)
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp acacia honey
- 4 large blackberries
- 1 Nectarine

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and acacia honey. Spoon the mixture into four glasses. Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits and slice thinly. Rinse the blackberries and let them drain well. Distribute nectarine slices and blackberries over all glasses. Serve chilled.
