Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt (0.3 % fat) (0.1% fat)
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 2 lemons
- 0.5 bunch dill
- Salt
- white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Wash the dill, shake dry, set one sprig aside, finely chop the rest. Wash the lemons, halve them, cut 2-3 slices for garnish, quarter the rest, squeeze out the juice. Mix lemon juice with sour cream until smooth, fold in yogurt, add dill, mix well and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Serve in bowls garnished with lemon quarters and dill sprigs.
