Yogurt Garlic Sauce

A pasta sauce with yogurt, garlic and fresh mint: quickly blended for a light treat that’s more than just for pasta!
Ingredients
- 1 small tomato
- 1 stalk mint
- 150 g plain yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 small cloves garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 g yogurt butter (2 tsp)
- 2 tbsp classic vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 175 g small pasta (e.g., orecchiette)
Instructions

Wash and dry the tomato, cut off the stem tip in a wedge shape. Halve the tomato, remove seeds, and dice into small cubes.

Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop.

Whisk yogurt in a bowl with a whisk until creamy.

Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into the yogurt. Stir in tomato cubes and mint; season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a small pan, stir in broth and paprika powder, then pour over the garlic sauce.
