- 300 g heavy cream
- 500 g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- zest of half an untreated lemon
- 1 kg assorted fruit (e.g., 1 small honeydew melon, nectarines, grapes, apples, pears)
- 2 tbsp honey

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt. Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest.
