  • 500 g plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • zest of half an untreated lemon
  • 1 kg assorted fruit (e.g., 1 small honeydew melon, nectarines, grapes, apples, pears)
  • 2 tbsp honey

    Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt. Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest.
