  • 300 g yogurt
  • 100 g quark
  • 2 EL honey
  • 1 EL vanilla sugar
  • 1 spritzer lemon juice
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 4 physalis

    Whisk the yogurt with the quark. Stir in the honey, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it gently into the yogurt mixture.
