- 500 g semi-fat Greek yogurt
- 8 dried apricots (soft, finely chopped)
- 2 apples (peeled and diced, lightly drizzled with lemon juice)
- 4 tbsp finely chopped nuts (e.g., hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, cashews...)
- Liquid honey
