Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- Ground Cinnamon
- a pinch nutmeg (macis)
- 4 untreated oranges
- 200 g strawberries
- lemon balm for garnish
Instructions
-
1.
Whisk the yogurt with honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Wash one orange hot and dry‑rub it; zest a bit of its peel with a zester.
-
2.
Peel the remaining oranges and use a sharp knife to separate the segments from the membranes, catching the juice. Wash, hull, and clean the strawberries, then puree them finely with an immersion blender.
-
3.
Stir the yogurt cream with the collected orange juice, then layer alternately with orange segments in a glass. Spread strawberry puree on top, garnish with lemon balm, and serve.
