- 350 ml milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- a pinch salt
- 50 g liquid butter
- butter (for frying)
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 3 lemons (juice from 3, zest from 2)
- 125 g sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 ml white grape juice
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 250 g strawberries (finely diced)
