Yogurt Cream with Strawberry Puree

Ingredients

• 300 g yogurt
• 100 g whipping cream
• 100 g sugar
• 450 g strawberries
• 1 EL lemon juice
• mint

Instructions

1. 1.

   Whisk yogurt with 50 g sugar. Beat cream stiff and fold into the yogurt.

   Wash, deseed, and clean strawberries (set aside 6 for garnish).

3. 3.

   Chop remaining strawberries and cook with 1 cup water, lemon juice, and remaining sugar for a few minutes; remove from heat, puree, and cool.
