Ingredients
- 1 small banana (150 g)
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp melted flakes (10 g)
- 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tsp Linseed oil
- 0.5 tsp blue spirulina powder
Instructions

Peel the banana and cut into large chunks. Cut the orange in half, squeeze out the juice, and combine with banana pieces, melted flakes, 125 ml milk, yogurt, and linseed oil. Blend finely using a stick blender or stand mixer.

Pour slightly more than half of the smoothie into glasses. Stir the remaining smoothie with extra milk and color it blue with spirulina powder.

Carefully pour the colored smoothie over the back of a spoon onto the glasses, arrange each with a straw, and serve immediately.
