Ingredients

  • 700 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 0.25 tsp organic lemon zest

Instructions

    Spread yogurt onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface. Rinse and wash berries.

    Arrange berries and honey over the yogurt, then sprinkle lemon zest on top. Place everything in the freezer for 2.5 hours.

    Remove from freezer, break into pieces, and serve immediately.
