Ingredients
- 250 g red currants
- 100 g small strawberries
- 300 g blueberries
- 75 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml red currant juice
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 25 g cornstarch

Strip the stems from the currants. Wash all berries, drain them and set aside 50 g of blueberries. Add the remaining blueberries, strawberries, and currants to a pot, sprinkle with sugar and vanilla sugar, pour in the lemon juice and red currant juice, and heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Whisk the cornstarch with a little cold water, stir it into the fruit mixture, and bring to a boil. Pour into a bowl to cool, cover, and refrigerate. Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining blueberries and enjoy plain or with yogurt, quark, or on its own.
