Yogurt Cream with Strawberries

Ingredients

• 8 large strawberries
• 50 g whipped cream
• 50 g plain yogurt
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 2 ladyfingers
• Maraschino liqueur (or white rum)

Instructions

1. 1.

   Mix the cream, powdered sugar and yogurt together. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries.

2. 2.

   Break the ladyfingers into pieces, distribute them among 4 shot glasses and drizzle each with 1-2 tsp Maraschino. Fill the glasses with strawberry quarters and the cream mixture.

3. 3.

   Drizzle an additional 1-2 tsp rum over each glass. Pierce the remaining strawberries with a wooden stick and use them to decorate the dessert.
