Ingredients
- 3 dough flatbreads (ready-made product) (Turkish supermarket)
- 300 g döner meat
- 0.5 small iceberg lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp finely chopped mint
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g sour cream yogurt
- 1 Garlic clove
- onion rings (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the garlic clove, press it, mix with the remaining ingredients for the sauce, let sit.

Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stem, deseed and dice. Peel the onions and slice into thin half-rings, combine with salt and Turkish chili paprika seasoning.

Place the dough flatbreads side by side on the work surface, top with lettuce and spread meat, tomatoes, onions and yogurt sauce over them. Roll the flatbreads tightly, arrange on a plate with onion rings and serve.
