Ingredients

  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g unsalted peanut kernels
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 50 g dark chocolate shavings
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

    Set aside half of the sunflower seeds and peanuts for rolling.

    Finely chop the raisins, chocolate pieces, and remaining peanuts. Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, then gradually add eggs, flour, and baking powder, mixing well with a hand mixer; fold in the chocolate-peanut mixture.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using two teaspoons, scoop dough into small piles, shape them into balls, roll each ball in the remaining seeds and peanuts, place on the baking sheet, and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden yellow.
