Ingredients

  • 1 piece zucchini (≈50 g)
  • 0.25 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 g prepared sushi rice
  • 2 roasted nori sheets
  • 4 fresh shrimp
  • 4 tsp red caviar
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste

Instructions

    Wash the zucchini and cut into thin sticks.

    Peel the avocado, slice lengthwise into four wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Peel the shrimp and remove the black vein.

    Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half.
