Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast bread
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 0.5 iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g Corn (canned)
  • 150 g kidney beans (canned)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 2 Avocados
  • 4 ready-made wraps
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • chili powder

Instructions

    Dice the toast into ~1 cm cubes and fry in hot oil until crisp croutons. Remove and let cool.

    Wash, trim, dry, and slice the lettuce into strips. Wash, trim, and dice tomatoes and bell pepper. Peel and grate carrot. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Drain corn and beans. Combine vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Halve avocados, peel, remove pit, and cut into slices. Drizzle with lime juice.

    Spread wraps and spread 1 tbsp sour cream on each. Distribute lettuce, vegetable mix, and avocado slices on top. Sprinkle croutons, dust with chili powder, then fold together.
