Ingredients
- 125 g flour
- Salt
- 1 tomato
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 100 g canned corn
- 2 pairs Vienna sausages
- 100 g quark
- 50 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mixed chopped herbs (frozen)
- 1 tsp seasoned vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp salsa sauce (jar)

1) Prepare the dough: Knead flour and a pinch of salt gradually with about 80 ml water. The dough should barely stick. On a floured work surface knead well, dust with flour and let rest for about 15 minutes.

2) Prepare the filling: Wash, clean and dice the tomato and half the bell pepper. Wash, clean, dry and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Drain the corn. Halve the Vienna sausages. Mix quark with cream cheese, herbs and broth, season with salt and pepper.

3) Make flatbreads: Divide dough into 4 portions, roll out and shape into very thin flatbreads with floured hands. In a hot non‑stick pan without oil bake each side for 1–2 minutes.

4) Assemble: Spread the herb quark on the flatbreads, top with lettuce, sausages, tomatoes, bell pepper and corn, season with salt, pepper and salsa sauce, roll up and serve immediately.
