Ingredients
- 1 kg shrimp tails (prepped)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 8 spring onions
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp finely chopped lemongrass
- soy sauce
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Wash, trim and slice the chili peppers into rings. Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onions. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.

Heat the oil in a hot wok and briefly sauté the turmeric, cumin, lemongrass and ginger. Add the chili, spring onions and garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Then stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, let it finish cooking, and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
