Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 3 spring onions
- 1.5 kg prawns (prepped, peeled)
- 3 tbsp soy oil
- 1 untreated lime (juice)
- Salt
- ground pepper

Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Rinse the prawns and pat them dry.

Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the garlic with the ginger. Add the prawns and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper; add the spring onions at the end and serve plated.
