Ingredients
- 600 g swordfish fillet (ready to cook, skinless)
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp Coriander seeds
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 untreated lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp soy oil
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel and press the ginger and garlic through a press. Crush the coriander with pepper and chili flakes in a mortar.

Mix lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and oil; marinate the fish for about 30 minutes. Remove, then stir-fry in a hot wok until browned all around. Gradually pour in the remaining marinade, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
