Ingredients
- 600 g Atlantic cod fillet (ready to cook; skinless)
- 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 300 g carrots
- 3 spring onions
- 150 g bean sprouts
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tsp starch
Instructions

Wash the fish, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce and mix. Peel and grate the carrots coarsely. Wash and trim the spring onions, slice into thin rings.

Add ginger and prepared vegetables to 1½ tbsp hot oil in a wok and stir-fry for about 4 minutes; season with remaining teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper. Remove vegetables from the wok and keep warm.

Pat fish dry, season with salt and pepper, then coat with starch. Fry the fish in the remaining hot oil for 3–4 minutes. Plate the fish with vegetables in bowls and serve with rice if desired.
