The winter fruit salad from Spoonsparrow is a fruity dessert and also a healthy alternative for in-between moments!
Ingredients
- 300 g apples
- 5 large oranges
- 150 g dried figs
- 2 large bananas
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 75 g walnut kernels

Peel, quarter, core the apples and cut into bite‑sized cubes. Thoroughly peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing all white membranes, and slice along the inner membranes to extract fillets. Catch the released juice and manually squeeze the remaining orange parts.

Cut the figs into small pieces. Peel the banana and slice it. Add cinnamon and walnut kernels, then mix everything together. Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes before serving.
