Chocolate-Marzipan Truffles

Our chocolate-marzipan truffles are ready in a flash and just as quickly finished. They also make a great bring-along or gift!

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 8 whole grain biscuits
  • 4 tbsp full‑fat powdered sugar
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 40 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 splash rum flavor

Instructions

    Finely chop the chocolate couverture. Break the biscuits into 0.5 cm pieces.

  2. 2.

    Knead the marzipan with 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Fold in the chocolate, biscuit crumbs, milk and rum flavor.
