Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 untreated orange
- 500 ml white wine (e.g., Gewürztraminer)
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp piment berries
- 3 cloves of spice cloves
- 1 tbsp dried organic rose petals
- 300 g mixed berries (e.g., red currants, blueberries)

Wash the lemon and orange hot, then use a paring knife to cut long strips of peel from each and squeeze out the juice. Bring the wine with both fruit juices, peels, sugar, piment, cloves, and rose petals to a boil. Let it steep over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Wash the berries and drain well. Distribute them into glasses. Pour the chilled spiced wine through a sieve over the berries and serve immediately cold.
