Ingredients

  • 500 g green grapes
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 2 bottles sparkling water

Instructions

    Wash the grapes and place them in a punch bowl; drizzle with sugar and brandy, then pour over the white wine.

    Refrigerate the mixture for at least 3 hours, then just before serving top up with ice‑cold sparkling water.
