Classic fruit punch from Spoonsparrow brings summer vibes and a pleasant refreshment.

Ingredients

  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 125 g small strawberries
  • 1 small honeydew melon
  • 100 ml raspberry syrup
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 20 g fruit tea
  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine
  • lemon balm leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

    Steep the fruit tea in 750 ml boiling water and let it infuse for 10 minutes, then strain and chill.

    Halve the melon and remove the seeds. Using a melon baller, scoop balls from the flesh; dice the remaining flesh.

    Wash, pit, and trim the berries, then combine them with the melon balls, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and chilled fruit tea in a punch bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

    When serving, pour the classic fruit punch into glasses, top with chilled sparkling wine, and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
