Ingredients
- 7 wine orchard peaches
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 500 ml sweet white wine
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 handful lemon verbena leaves
- 40 ml peach liqueur

Wash, blanch, shock, and peel the peaches. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Bring the wine with the sugar, vanilla seeds and pod, and lemon verbena to a boil in a pot, then simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add the peaches, pour in the peach liqueur, and simmer gently for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly before serving with the peaches arranged on a plate or bowl.
