White Chocolate Fondue with Melon

Ingredients
- 300 g white couverture chocolate
- 3 tbsp raspberry liqueur
- 1 pinch salt
- Watermelon (about 600 g, flesh only, seedless)
- Honeydew melon (about 600 g, flesh only, seedless)
- 1 tbsp ground pistachios
- Kapucinecress flower for garnish

Grate a few shavings from the couverture with a vegetable peeler and set aside to cool. Chop the remaining chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler, stirring in raspberry liqueur and salt.

Peel the melons and use a melon baller to scoop out balls. Thread the melon spheres onto skewers and sprinkle with pistachios. Arrange the chocolate sauce alongside the skewered melons. Serve garnished with chocolate shavings and kapucinecress flowers.
