Ingredients

  • 100 g mixed wild herbs (e.g., dandelion, nettle)
  • 1 handful edible flowers (e.g., daisies, marigolds)
  • 4 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 3 tbsp thistle oil
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed oil
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil

Instructions

    Wash the herbs, shake dry, remove leaves from thick stems, and tear into bite‑sized pieces. Discard the flowers.

    Whisk vinegar with honey, salt, pepper, and both oils into a dressing; taste and adjust by adding more vinegar or honey if needed. Peel and finely chop the shallot, then add basil to the dressing.
