Ingredients
- 40 g wild garlic (1 handful)
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 15 g sharp mustard (1 tbsp)
- 4 tbsp Walnut oil
- 60 g Butter
- 60 g cream cheese
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Wash the wild garlic and shake dry.

Coarsely chop the wild garlic and walnuts, then blend both with mustard and oil in a blender until smooth.

Stir together the butter and cream cheese, then fold in the paste. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
