The Wild Garlic spread from Spoonsparrow is a seasonal favorite on the breakfast table!

Ingredients

  • 1 handful wild garlic
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices whole‑grain bread

Instructions

    Clean, wash, dry and finely chop the wild garlic. Trim and slice the spring onion into thin rings.

    In a bowl combine the quark, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, spring onions and three‑quarters of the chopped wild garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the whole‑grain bread and garnish with the remaining chopped wild garlic.
