Ingredients

  • 1 handful baby spinach (40 g)
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 slices whole‑grain bread (60 g each)
  • 2 tsp butter (5 g each)
  • 100 g sliced chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tsp sour cream (5 g each)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the spinach. Peel, wash, and slice the cucumber. Peel, wash, and slice the tomatoes.

    Spread butter on the bread slices and top with spinach, cucumber, tomato slices, and chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk the sour cream until smooth. Top each sandwich with 1 tsp of sour cream.
