Fresh Grain Fig Muesli

Fresh grain fig muesli! Prepare it in the evening and enjoy at breakfast: This fresh grain fig muesli makes you fit for the day!

Ingredients

  • 2 dried figs
  • 75 g rolled oats
  • 75 g spelt flour
  • 250 g thick milk (1.5% fat)
  • 400 g oranges (2 oranges)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

    Dice the figs finely.

    Stir together oats, spelt, figs and thick milk. Cover and let it soak for about 12 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    Just before serving peel the oranges so thick that the white pith is removed as well.

  4. 4.

    Cut orange segments between the membranes and catch the juice that drips out. Squeeze any fruit remnants by hand and catch the juice as well.

  5. 5.

    Distribute the fresh grain muesli into bowls. Arrange the orange slices on top and drizzle the collected juice over it.
