Wild Berry Smoothie

A wild berry smoothie with lemon balm, sea buckthorn and rosehip juice: this delicious drink packs a concentrated dose of vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk lemon balm
  • 50 g apple sauce (no sugar added)
  • 1 tbsp rosehip juice
  • 1 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
  • 50 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 100 ml thick milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Rinse the lemon balm, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

    Add the apple sauce with the rosehip and sea buckthorn juices to a tall glass.

    Stir in the yogurt and thick milk and blend everything finely with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass over ice cubes and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
