A fruity, refreshing drink that provides a good portion of protein for growth plus calcium for bones.
Ingredients
- 80 g mango (canned or fresh flesh)
- 75 g yogurt (1.5% fat; 3 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Honey
- mineral water (to taste)
Instructions

Coarsely chop the mango and place it in a tall glass or directly into a mixing bowl.

Add the yogurt and honey, then blend everything to a creamy consistency with an immersion blender. Dilute with mineral water if desired.

Serve the mix with a spoon or straw.
