Currant Drink

Ingredients
- 250 g red currants
- 200 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 ml whey
- 20 g ground walnut kernels (2 tbsp)
- 30 g acacia honey (2 tbsp)
- cold mineral water (to top up)
- 4 tbsp crushed ice
Instructions

Wash and pat dry 2 stalks of currants, set aside. Strip the remaining currants from the stems, discard stems, wash and pat dry.

Puree the berries with yogurt and whey until smooth. Add walnuts, honey, and ice, then puree briefly again.

Pour the drink into two glasses. Dilute with mineral water to taste and serve garnished with currants.
