Ingredients

  • 750 g mixed wild berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 250 g pectin sugar (3:1)
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash and dry the berries, then place them in a large pot with pectin sugar and lemon juice. Stir and bring to a boil, letting it bubble for 4 minutes.

  2. 2.

For a gel test, put 1-2 teaspoons of confiture on a cold plate. If it hasn't set after 1 minute, cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3.

Fill the hot-washed jars with the confiture and seal immediately. Place the jars upside down on their lids for 10 minutes to cool, then turn them over and let them cool completely.
