Ingredients

  • 750 g mixed berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants)
  • 350 g pectin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 lemon (juice)

    Wash, dry, and drain the berries. Thoroughly rinse the jars. Place the berries with the pectin sugar and lemon juice in a large pot. Mix and let sit for about 30 minutes.

    Then bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 4 minutes. For the set test, place 1 tsp of jam on a cold plate. If it does not firm after 1 minute, cook for another 1-2 minutes. Fill the hot, rinsed jars with the jam and seal immediately. Place the jars on the lids for 10 minutes, then turn them over to cool.
