Ingredients
- 1 handful parsley
- 4 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- 80 ml Rapeseed oil
- pepper (ground)
- 8 Vienna sausages

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop.

In a bowl whisk together mustard, honey, 1-2 tbsp lukewarm water, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. While stirring, drizzle in oil until sauce becomes creamy. Fold in parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Place sausages in a pot of hot water and let them heat for about 5 minutes.

Fill small glasses with the sauce and serve alongside drained sausages for dipping.
