Ingredients

  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 300 g sausage (or ham crackers)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 200 ml crushed tomatoes
  • 2 pinch sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 500 g pappardelle

Instructions

    Peel and finely dice the spring onions and garlic. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Slice the sausage into rounds.

    Heat the olive oil in a large pan, sauté the spring onions and garlic until translucent. Add the sausage slices and cook while stirring occasionally. Pour in the white wine and crushed tomatoes, then stir in the chopped tomatoes. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper; simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
