This wholemeal roll with radish cottage cheese and pear from Spoonsparrow is quick to make and keeps you full for a long time.
Ingredients
- 6 Radishes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 200 g Cottage Cheese (10% fat in milk fat)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 g arugula
- 2 pears
- 2 Wholemeal Rolls

Peel, wash, and cut the radishes into small strips or cubes. Peel, wash, and thinly slice the spring onions into rings. Mix the radishes with spring onions, cottage cheese, mustard, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Wash and dry the arugula. Wash, halve, core, and slice the pear.

Slice the rolls, top with arugula, spread with the mixture, and arrange the pear slices on top.
